Four people were killed and four wounded in an explosion Saturday in Kabul's diplomatic quarter, police said, dpa reported.
"We are collecting information right now. We can't confirm it if it was a suicide bombing or an explosion," Ayob Salangi, the Kabul police chief, told dpa.
Salangi said the explosion took place outside the Afghan Film Institute in the capital where the headquarters for NATO's International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), US embassy and other diplomatic missions are located.
