The construction and the re-equipment of missile attack warning radar stations will occur before 2020, Commander Oleg Ostapenko told RIA News.
"We are planning to launch construction of a number of objects. So we have an extended arms program till 2020, approved by Defence Minister," Ostapenko noted.
In his words, the primary goal is to complete the program before the planned terms.
Ostapenko said the goal will be achieved.
