A multi-storeyed shopping building in Ghana's capital Accra collapsed on Wednesday morning, at least one killed and dozens were injured, Xinhua correspondents who were on the scene has learnt, Xinhua reported.
A local resident confirmed to Xinhua that the building was four storeys, and the reason for the collapse was not clear yet.
Xinhua correspondents saw one dead body was pull out and a lot of people who were injured were sent to hospital. Some people were shouting and screaming under the caved-in building.
The police and National ambulance service have been on the scene for rescue.
