The document worked out in Minsk envisages truce from February 14, the withdrawal of heavy weapons, creating a security zone, RIA Novosti reported.
The negotiations of "Norman Quartet" leaders in Minsk ended Feb. 12.
Following the meeting in Minsk, a document on resolving the conflict in Donbass is expected to be signed by the presidents of Russia, France, Ukraine and German Chancellor. According to a source close to the negotiations, "Norman Quartet" achieved great progress.
The source said that the final document has been agreed at 80 percent and consists of more than 10 points. After the signing by the summit participants, the document will be submitted to the contact group.
