Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on taking special economic measures against Turkey, RIA Novosti reported Dec.28 citing the message from Kremlin.
Russian president has signed a decree 'On amendments to the decree of Russian president 'On measures to ensure the national security of the Russian Federation and the protection of citizens of the Russian Federation against criminal and other illegal acts and on the application of special economic measures against the Turkish Republic'' dated Nov.28, 2015, said the message.
Relations between Russia and Turkey deteriorated after Turkish F-16 shot down Russian SU-24 bomber Nov.24. Ankara states that Su-24 entered its airspace, while Russian General Staff said that the plane didn't violate Turkey's airspace.
