The capital of Thailand, Bangkok, will host a Conference on Interreligious Dialogue in South and Southeast Asia Dec.18-20, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) told Trend Dec. 15.
The OIC said that it will participate in the conference.
Diplomats from the US, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Bangladesh and a number of Arab countries will take part in the conference.
Establishment of a dialogue between Muslims and Buddhists will be the main topic of the conference.
The conference will be organized by the OIC in partnership with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID).
