July 10 day of mourning for Russia air crash victims

(Itar-Tass) - July 10 has been declared a day of mourning for the victims of Sundays air crash in Siberia.

President Vladimir Putin expressed grief over the air crash victims and conveyed condolences to their relatives and next of kin, reports Trend.

On Monday, state flags of the Russian Federation will be lowered and entertainment activities suspended.

According to the latest data provided by Transportation Minister Igor Livitin, the Airbus A-310 carried 203 people, including eight crewmembers. According to the minister, 74 people survived and nine were reported as missing.

A governmental commission is investigating the crash in the Siberian city of Irkutks.
