(RIA Novosti) - Ukraine's parliamentary speaker said Monday all 26 parliamentary committees, as well as a special commission on privatization, would be formed at a plenary session Tuesday.

Oleksandr Moroz said earlier that only factions representing the new "anti-crisis" coalition, comprising the pro-Russian Party of Regions, the Socialist Party and the Communist Party, had submitted candidates for all 26 proposed committees, reports Trend.

"In any event, committee formation will be finalized tomorrow, since it is necessary to consider a number of urgent bills, including a budget resolution for next year," Moroz said, adding that the Yuliya Tymoshenko Bloc and the pro-presidential Our Ukraine bloc had yet to make their proposals on the committees' composition.

After being asked what the parliament would do if the president decided to dissolve it, Moroz said that "the constitution does not provide either legal or political grounds for dissolving parliament in this situation."
