Head of the Ukraine's budget committee calls upon to pass budget bill 2007

(ForUm) - Volodymyr Makeyenko, Head of the budget committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine called upon the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko to support the budget draft for 2007. He told it, speaking in the parliment.

With the same request Makeyenko addressed the people's deputies, who must give the draft budget bill its second reading, as he considers, reports Trend.

According to the Head of the budget committee, the Verkhovna Rada received letters from the President of Ukraine. In these letters Yushchenko asks deputies to consider such questions as creation of the culture complex Culture Arsenal, restoration of monument architecture of the state historic-cultural reserve Hetmanska stolytsa and other questions while passing the draft budget bill of Ukraine 2007, he noted.

As Makeyenko claims that all these questions have been considered. He also declared that all those New Year congratulations about health, prosperity and happiness, which Yushchenko will address the Ukrainians on the New Year with, will become true after the budget bill have been adopted for 2007.
