(ForUm) - Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Moroz charged the VR committee on state building, regional policy and local self-government with holding extraordinary session, on which to analyze legal base of implementation of the law on the Cabinet of Ministers. Press office of the parliament reported Monday.

The corresponding instruction was delivered to the committee head Victor Tykhonov.

As a reminder, Ukraine's speaker declared that the second veto of the President is farfetched, and people, who advised to veto the law for the second time, first of all have compromised the President, reports Trend.

If the Head of the State does not sign the law in term, then I will put his signature as a chairman of the VR, the speaker said.
