( RIA Novosti ) - The Russian and South Korean foreign ministers are meeting in Moscow to discuss joint efforts to reach an agreement on North Korean nuclear disarmament.
"We will discuss developing a bilateral strategic approach for the implementation of initial nuclear disarmament measures on the Korean peninsula and the joint statement made at the six-party negotiations on February 13," South Korean Minister of foreign affairs and trade Song Min-soon said at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
