Russian President Says New Head of Russian State Will Deliver Next Annual Message to Federal Assembly

During the today's joint sitting of the both Chambers of the Russian Parliament - the Council of Federation (Russian Senate) and State Duma (Russian Parliament) Vladimir Putin, Russia's President, has stated today that the next annual message to the both Chambers of the Russian parliament will be delivered by a new Head of the Russian State.

Mr. Putin, who was twice elected as the President of Russian Federation, reminded that he personally had delivered eight messages to the Russian Federal Assembly, which not only contained the estimation of the situation in the country, but also outlined the Russian priorities both in the foreign and domestic policy, as well as in economy of the country. "Though all these message were not so complete, but a rather concrete conceptual plan of Russia's development," stressed the Rusian President, Trend reports referring to RBK.

"Workmanship of the whole Russian society is necessary to implement such plans. In addition, we should take great efforts and find financial resources," considers the Head of the Russian State. "Russian can keep its sovereignty if only its citizens feel that all the States' resources are intended for the improvement of their life and prosperity," stated Mr. Putin.

According to him, those who are engaged in administrative activity and authorized with power bear the full responsibility for the possibility to put this policy into life "Each Russian state official should do all his or her best to use all his or her time to turn it for the sake of Russia," concluded the Russian President.
