( ForUm ) - On the instructions of President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko the Foreign Ministry sent the Ukrainian Head's invitations to the parliamentary assemblies' leaders of the European Council, OSCE, BSEC, GUAM and the European Parliament to take part in observation of the early parliamentary elections in Ukraine on September 30, 2007.
According to the electoral legislation and Ukrainian obligations, taken within OSCE, the European Council and UNO, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk sent the corresponding letters to Director of the Bureau for Democratic Institutes and Human Rights of OSCE K. Storhal and Secretary General of the Council of Europe Terry Devis with the invitations to the early People's deputies' elections.
