( ForUm ) - In the President's version of the Constitution of Ukraine the procedure of impeachment will be written in another way. Deputy Head of the President's Secretariat Ihor Pukshyn stated at a briefing, ForUm's correspondent reports.
"I think in the process of elaboration of new version of the Constitution the institute of impeachment will be written in another way," he said.
Pukshyn also reminded that Yushchenko stated more than once about the necessity of People's deputies immunity cancellation. "The President considers that people must be protected, but not the People's deputy ... People's deputies come to policy that's why they must be more open," Pukshyn explained.
He emphasized that the People's deputies' immunity cancellation - is an indication of equality of all before the law," Pukshyn noted.
