Alaskarov / The President of the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus (TRNC), Mehmet Ali Talat, was invited to Azerbaijan for participation in the eleventh Conference for Friendship, Brotherhood and Cooperation Among Turkic States and Diasporas, Turkiye newspaper reported.
The conference will take place in Baku from 17 to 19 November.
Azerbaijan was the first country to implement an air flight to the TRNC, thus assisting in decreasing the isolation of the Republic. Besides Turkey and the TRNC, the conference will include Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Mongolia, as well as the representatives of 26 Turkic communities from different countries, Turkiye reported.
