During the operation of the Turkish secret services in Ankara former Minister of Justice Seyfi Oktay was arrested. He was involved in the preparation of a coup against Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, CNN Turk TV channel's website reported. Besides the former minister 23 people were also arrested.
