David Cameron, Britain's new prime minister, will travel to Turkey on Monday on a two-day formal visit, Anadolu Agency reported.

David Cameron, Britain's new prime minister, will travel to Turkey on Monday on a two-day formal visit, Anadolu Agency reported.
  
Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs William Hague will accompany Cameron, 43, the conservative leader has become UK's new prime minister after elections in May.
  
Cameron's visit to Turkey, to take place on July 26 and 27 -only three months after his election, is sign of the importance the new British government attaches to relations with Turkey, British officials said.
  
During Cameron's talks in Turkey, Turkey and Britain will update and re-sign a strategic partnership document, which was signed for two years of time during Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Britain in 2007.
  
Upon an invitation from his British counterpart, Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu visited this country on July 8 and discussed preparations for Cameron's visit to Turkey as well as bilateral relations.
