A Turkish cargo ship has sunk in the Romanian Black Sea port of Constanta due to bad weather conditions, the website of the Turkish newspaper Sabah reported.
The crew of the MEDY, numbering 17 people, was evacuated by the coastal police.
"The Romanian coastal police rescued 17 crew members. When we left the ship, it had already sank," a crew member said.
