Turkish, Azerbaijani FMs discuss opening diplomatic representation in Africa

A bilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Turkey and Azerbaijan has taken place at a summit of leaders of Turkic-speaking countries being held in Istanbul.
The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu discussed the opening of representative offices of Azerbaijan to operate at Turkish embassies in African capitals, Trend's special correspondent reports.
The meeting also focused on the details of the document creating the Supreme Council for the strategic cooperation between the two countries, which will be signed at the summit.
