Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu reiterated his outrage that the U.S. opposed, and the European Union had abstained, during the vote on the report of the UN Human Rights Council on the investigation into the attack on the ship "Mavi Marmara", TRT Russian said.

"The position of the United States and European Union countries, often reminding about their scruples in matters relating to human rights and inspecting other countries, has disappointed us," he said.

"There is a clear violation of human rights. I can not understand the reasons why the United States opposes the report prepared by the UN and European Union countries abstain," Davutoglu said.

Regarding the creation a buffer zone on the border with Iraq in the fight against terrorism, he noted that Turkey always takes the necessary measures to combat terrorism, but while the work on creating a buffer zone have not reached a certain level.

"This issue may be reconsidered after the formation of the Iraqi government,"  he said.
