Parliamentary elections in Turkey will be held in the first week of June in 2011, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during his speech at a meeting of the Advisory Council of the Justice and Development Party (AK Parti) Oct.3, CNN Turk TV channel's website reports.
"The elections will be held in June. It necessary to complete all the preparatory works before March 2011," Erdogan said.
