Turkish FM to meet U.S. Secretary of State
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will pay a working visit to Washington D.C. on November 27-30, Cihan agency said.
During the visit Davutoglu will meet with the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the National Security Advisor Thomas Donilon, the agency quoted Turkey's Foreign Ministry as reporting.
Davutoglu also plans to hold a meeting with U.S. Congress members headed by the chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations John Kerry.
The Foreign Minister is to deliver a speech at Georgetown University and meet with Turkish and American media representatives.
Davutoglu is also to take part in a ceremony organized by Foreign Policy magazine, which recently included him in its Top 100 Global Thinkers list.
After completion of his U.S. visit Davutoglu will travel to Kazakhstan to participate in the OSCE summit, which will be held on December 1-2 in Astana.
