Turkish PM meets Qatari counterpart
After completion of his contacts in Kuwait, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan moved on to Qatari capital Doha, TRT English reported.
Erdogan held a tete-a-tete meeting with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani and attended inter-delegational talks.
Speaking at a joint-press conference after his contacts, Erdogan said they took up the constantly improving bilateral relations between the two countries.
Erdogan said "Turkey and Qatar can help solve many problems in the region by supporting each other."
Qatari Prime Minister Al Thani said the relations between Turkey and his country were very special.
Prime Minister Erdogan also attended Turkey-Qatar Business Forum.
In his speech at the business forum, Erdogan said there is no political issues between Turkey and Qatar and added "We have become brothers to each other, we will live as brothers and sisters. We should all embrace the values that make us brothers."
