Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu announced that PM Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will be travelling to Syria on Monday.
A triparty summit, with Lebanon crisis on agenda, will be held in Syrian capital Damascus, between Turkish Premier Erdoğan, Syrian Head of State Bashar Assad and Qatar Emir Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani.
The aim of the summit is to rally an international conference to help Lebanon to form a government, TRT English reported.
The unity government of Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri collapsed on Wednesday after ministers from the Hezbollah movement and its allies quit.
