A Turkish ferry arrived Monday at Libya's Missurata port to evacuate more Turks back home as well as foreign nationals, Anadolu News Agency reported.

The Turkish ferry, Osmangazi, one of the two ferries shuttling as part of Turkey's ongoing evacuation efforts in Libya, set sail from Turkey's Marmaris port late last Saturday.

The ferry is expected to depart from Missurata later in the day with 750 passengers on board, 250 of them are foreign nationals.

Also, the other Turkish ferry, Orhangazi, arrived Monday in Libya's Ras Lanuf port.

So far, Turkey has evacuated 17,734 people, including 577 foreign nationals, from Libya, Turkish foreign minister said earlier today.
