Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's government, negotiating with terrorist organizations, is guilty of spreading terror in Turkey, leader of the Turkish opposition Republican People's Party Kemal Kilicdaroglu was quoted by CNN Turk on Monday as saying.

Kilicdaroglu also accused the authorities of irresponsibility that has plunged Turkey into a terror.

PKK claims responsibility for bomb blasts at the center of the Turkish capital, near the state institutions last week. Three people were killed and 34 were injured.

Air strikes were conducted after the militants' terror attack in southeastern Turkey on Aug. 17, in which nine Turkish servicemen were killed.

The conflict between Turkey and the PKK has lasted for over 25 years, claiming over 40,000 lives. The PKK is recognized as a terrorist organization by both the UN and the EU.
