Turkish EU minister to discuss relations with EU officials
Turkey's EU Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Egemen Bagis will visit Brussels on Tuesday to discuss Turkey-EU relations, AA reported.
Bagis will hold meetings with EU Commission members especially EU Commissioner for enlargement Stefan Fule, and discuss the "positive agenda" between Turkey and the EU.
Fule mentioned "positive agenda" between Turkey and the EU while 2011 Progress Report for Turkey had been announced.
Minister Bagis will give a conference on "Turkey in Europe" in Brussels, and proceed to Latvia and then to Estonia to hold bilateral talks.
Bagis will give another conference in Latvia University on Turkey's EU membership process. He will be received by Latvian President Andris Berzins, and meet Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics to thank his country's support to Turkey's EU membership process.
Bagis will then proceed to Estonia, and meet Prime Minister Andrus Ansip and Foreign Minister Urmas Paet to discuss Turkey-EU relations.
