The helicopter, extinguishing fire in the forest of the Turkish province of Mugla, crashed, TRT Haber reported.

There is no information about the fate of the crew yet. Five people are reported to have been on the board.

It is reported that on board of the helicopter were two Turkish nationals and three citizens of Russia - Atif Ateshok, Orhan Celik, Alexander Gavrilov, Nikolai Atepalihin and Sergei Horohorin.

According to RIA Novosti, referring to the Associated Press, all people on board died.

Rosaviation (Russian Federal Air Transport Agency) confirmed the presence on board the crashed helicopter of Russian citizens. "The Ka-32 belonged to the "Nefteyugansk United Air." LLC. In Turkey, the helicopter crew carried out the work to extinguish a fire; that day it was the seventh visit," - said the representative of the agency.

"According to preliminary data, the helicopter collided with a slope of the mountain and rolled down the gorge, and rescue services are now moving to a place of tragedy. On board were three Russian crew members and two representatives of the customer," - he added.
