Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to visit Turkey on Dec. 3 to participate in the third meeting of the Russian-Turkish Cooperation Council, the Kremlin reported today, RIA Novosti reported.
"The agenda includes the whole range of bilateral relations, including trade, economic, investment, inter-cultural and humanitarian cooperation, implementation of joint strategic projects in the energy and cooperation in the banking sector," a statement said.
The parties will also exchange the views on key international and regional issues, particularly the situation in the Middle East, the Caucasus, Central Asia and the Balkans.
