Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said he is urgently returning to Turkey, as the country's citizens, previously captured in Iraq, have been released on Sept.20 in the morning.

He said Turkey will be represented in Azerbaijan by the country's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz, Turkish TRT Haber TV channel reported on Sept.20.

Some 49 employees of Turkey's diplomatic mission in Iraq's Mosul city were captured by the militants of the terrorist organization calling itself the Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIL or ISIS) in June 2014.
