Several sea voyages have again been cancelled in Turkey's Istanbul city due to the snowfall and storm that has been continuing for several days, Anadolu agency reported on Jan.7.

The cancelled sea voyages are those scheduled for Jan.7, however no information has been provided about their postponement date so far.

Moreover, Turkish Airlines has also cancelled the flights mainly to Tbilisi, Budapest, Chisinau, Geneva and Tel Aviv.

Meanwhile, 41 domestic flights, scheduled for Jan.7 have also been cancelled.

This is not the first time sea voyages in Turkey were canceled because of heavy weather conditions.

Earlier, the heavy snow and squally wind in Istanbul and western provinces of Turkey - Tekirdagh, Bolu, Bursa, Canakkale, Kastamonu, Izmir and Eskisehir - led to cancellation of flights and many kilometers of traffic jams on the roads.
