Explosion in southeastern Turkey: 4 dead, 30 injured

An explosion has occurred in Turkey’s southeastern province of Kiziltepe, Anadolu Agency reports.
A remotely controlled homemade mine was detonated in front of the hospital when police patrol was passing by.
At least 4 people have been killed and 30 have been injured as a result of explosion.
Ambulances have been sent to the scene.
