A shootout occurred in Turkey’s Istanbul city, as a result of which a police officer was injured, the Turkish media reported April 1.
Reportedly, a police officer opened fire when a dispute over debt arose between him and three citizens. The gunmen disappeared from the scene of the crime.
The injured was taken to the hospital. The police detained six suspects in connection with the incident.
