Turkey and Russia will continue to work for peace and stability in the region, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated, according Turkish media.
"I wish that all our meetings benefit the whole of our region", Erdogan said at a meeting of the High-Level Cooperation Council, which takes place in Ankara under the chairmanship of the Presidents of Russia and Turkey.
Turkish President noted that before the meeting of the Council his meeting with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin took place. He noted that during the meeting many issues, both regional and international, were discussed.
