The number of ministries will be decrease in Turkey, said Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, Turkish media reported.
"Of course, this is ultimately decided by the president of the country, but I know that he adheres to the idea of reducing (the number of ministries)", the prime minister said.
Eleven political parties will participate in the parliamentary and presidential elections to be held in Turkey on June 24.
In the parliamentary election held in Turkey on Nov. 1, 2015, the Justice and Development Party (AKP) garnered 49.41 percent of the votes, the People's Republican Party (CHP) - 25.38 percent, the National Movement Party (MHP) - 11.93 percent, and the Democratic People's Party (HDP) - 10.7 percent.
