The President of Turkey called on to abandon the consulting services of McKinsey, Turkish media reported on Oct. 6.
Erdogan noted that no ministry will use McKinsey's services, the reports read.
The Turkish Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, in September, during a visit to the US announced Turkey’s intention to use McKinsey's services, which caused strong discontent in certain political circles.
The international consulting company McKinsey specializes in solving problems related to strategic management. McKinsey as a consultant collaborates with the world's largest companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
