The General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works of Turkey has announced an open tender to buy 28 million liters of diesel fuel to be used from January 1, 2019 until December 31, 2019.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 11:00 (GMT +3) on November 12, 2018.
