Turkey's trade turnover with Syria increased by $8.011 million and amounted to $133.683 million in July 2019 compared to July 2018, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Trade Ministry.
In July 2019, Turkey's exports to Syria amounted to $125.026 million, while imports from Syria equaled $8.657 million.
The trade turnover between Turkey and Syria decreased by $55.827 million and amounted to $771.443 million in January-July 2019 compared to the same period of 2018.
In January-July 2019, Turkey's exports to Syria amounted to $733.173 million, while imports from Syria reached only $38.270 million.
Turkish exports increased by 7.9 percent and amounted to $15.16 billion, while imports decreased by 8.5 percent and amounted to $18.35 billion compared in July 2019 to July 2018.
In July 2019, Turkey's foreign trade turnover amounted to $33.51 billion.
