In July 2019, trade turnover between Turkey and Tajikistan increased by $1.903 million, compared to July 2018, and amounted to $28.797 million, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Trade Ministry.
In July 2019, Turkey's exports to Tajikistan amounted to $14.980 million, while imports from Tajikistan equaled $13.817 million.
In the meantime, trade turnover between Turkey and Tajikistan in January-July 2019 decreased by $25.412 million, compared to the same period in 2018, and amounted to $176.576 million.
In January-July 2019, exports from Turkey to Tajikistan amounted to $86.169 million, while imports from Tajikistan reached $90.406 million.
The total exports of Turkey in July 2019 increased by 7.9 percent compared to last year and amounted to $15.16 billion. At the same time, Turkey's imports decreased by 8.5 percent and amounted to $18.35 billion.
Turkey's foreign trade turnover in July 2019 amounted to $33.51 billion.
