From January through September 2019, Ukrainian citizens purchased 488 real estate properties in Turkey, which is 74 properties more compared to the same period last year, Trend reports referring Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
According to general directorate, Ukrainian citizens purchased 50 properties in January 2019, 52 - in February, 47 - in March, 50 - in April, 80 - in May, 38 - in June, 60 - in July - 60, 56 - in August, and 55 - in September.
As of the end of 2018, Ukrainian citizens purchased 624 real estate properties in Turkey, which is 119 properties more than in 2017.
In September 2019, 146,900 real estate properties were sold in Turkey, which is 15.4 percent more compared to September 2018.
In September 2019, 4,177 real estate properties were sold to foreigners in Turkey, which is 25.6 percent less compared to the same period in 2018.
