In the first ten months of 2019, Turkey's cement exports to Georgia increased by 13.54 percent, compared to the same period in 2018, and exceeded $42.4 million, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Trade Ministry.
According to the ministry, in October 2019, cement exports from Turkey to Georgia increased by 10.01 percent, compared to October 2018, and slightly exceeded $4.6 million.
From January through October 2019, the export of Turkish cement increased by 18.3 percent and exceeded $2.9 billion compared to the same period of 2018.
Export of Turkish cement increased by 13 percent and exceeded $295.5 million in October 2019 compared to October 2018, which was 1.8 percent of Turkey's total export.
Turkey's export grew by 1.6 percent and reached $137 billion from January through October 2019 compared to the same period of 2018.
Meanwhile, the country's export decreased by 0.3 percent and reached $15.2 billion in October 2019 compared to October 2018.
