The volume of cargo transshipment from Croatia via Turkish ports amounted to 127,992 tons from January through February 2020, Turkey’s Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend on Apr. 1.
Over the reporting period, the volume of cargo transshipment from Croatia by ships flying the Turkish flag amounted to 5,333 tons, and by ships flying the flag of other countries – over 122,659 tons.
Cargo transshipment via Turkish ports by vessels flying the Croatian flag was not carried out during the reporting period.
From January through February 2020, the volume of cargo transshipment by transit from Croatia via Turkish ports amounted to 177,559 tons. Meanwhile, the volume of cargo transshipment via Turkish ports exceeded 62.4 million tons.
The volume of cargo transshipment through Turkish ports by ships flying the Turkish flag reached 4.5 million tons.
The volume of cargo transshipment through Turkish ports by ships flying their countries' flag amounted to 2.6 million, and by ships flying the flag of other countries amounted to 55.2 million tons.
From January through February 2020, over 12.5 million tons of cargo transshipment in transit were carried out through the Turkish ports.
The volume of cargo transshipment through the Turkish ports exceeded 29.5 million tons in February 2020.
In February 2020, the volume of cargo transshipment by ships flying the Turkish flag amounted to 2.1 million tons. Meanwhile, the volume of cargo transshipment through Turkish ports by ships flying their countries' flag amounted to 1.1 million tons, and by ships flying the flag of other countries amounted to 26.1 million tons.
Over 6.3 million tons of cargo transshipment in transit were carried out during February 2020 through Turkish ports.
