Turkey’s export of ready-made clothing to Kyrgyzstan increased by 46.41 percent from January through March 2020 compared to the same period of 2019, exceeding $21.6 million, Turkey’s Ministry of Trade told Trend.
In March 2020, Turkey’s export of ready-made clothing to Kyrgyzstan dropped by 31.25 percent compared to the same month of 2019, amounting to $2.3 million.
In 1Q2020, Turkey’s export of ready-made clothing to world markets dropped by 6.1 percent, compared to the same period of 2019, amounting to $4.2 billion. Turkey’s export of ready-made clothing amounted to 9.9 percent of the country’s total export.
In March 2020, Turkey’s export of ready-made clothing to world markets dropped by 27.4 percent compared to the same month of 2019, amounting to 1.2 billion. Meanwhile, Turkey’s export of ready-made clothing amounted to 9 percent of the country’s total export.
From March 2019 through March 2020, Turkey exported ready-made clothing in the amount of $17.4 billion.
