The number of tourists from France visiting Turkey amounted to 58,540 people in July 2020, which is 70.43 percent less compared to the same month of 2019, Trend reports referring to Turkey’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The share of French citizens in the total number of foreigners visiting Turkey in July 2020 amounted to over 6.27 percent.
From January through July 2020, 159,689 tourists from France visited Turkey, which is 68.65 percent less compared to the same period of 2019.
The share of French citizens in the total number of foreigners visiting Turkey during the reporting period amounted to 2.94 percent.
In July 2020, 932,927 tourists visited Turkey, which is 85.9 percent less compared to March 2019.
From January through July 2020, over 5.4 million tourists visited Turkey, which is 77.97 percent less compared to the same period of 2019.
