The value of grains and legumes’ export from Turkey to France has grown by 27.4 percent from January through March 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, exceeding $13.7 million, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey told Trend.
In March 2021, Turkey’s exports of grains and legumes to France jumped by 71.1 percent compared to March 2020, topping $4.4 million, the ministry said.
In the first quarter of 2021, the value of grains and legumes’ export from Turkey increased by 11.7 percent over the year, amounting to $2.02 billion.
Turkey exported grains and legumes worth $784.3 million in March 2021, which is by 24.2 percent more than in the same month of 2020.
Turkey’s export of these products amounted to $7.5 billion over the past 12 months (from March 2020 to March 2021).
