Turkey increased the export of leather goods to Azerbaijan in February 2022 by 85.4 percent, compared to the same month in 2021, up to $2.4 million, Trend reports via Ministry of Trade of Turkey.
Turkey exported leather goods to Azerbaijan in the amount of $3.3 million from January through February 2022, which is 99.2 percent more than in the same period in 2021, the ministry said.
Turkey exported $177.9 million worth of leather goods to world markets in February 2022, which is 98.1 percent more than in the same month in 2021.
"Turkey generally exported leather goods worth $311.2 million to world markets from January through February 2022, which is 30.5 percent more than in the same period in 2021," the ministry said.
Turkey has exported a total of $1.8 billion worth of leather goods during the past 12 months (from February 2021 through February 2022).
