BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. Ports of Turkey handled 1.8 million tons of cargo from the Netherlands from January through March 2022, Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend.
According to ministry, ships flying the Turkish flag delivered 17,583 tons of cargo from the Netherlands to local ports and ships flying the flags of other countries delivered 1.76 million tons.
Vessels flying the flag of the Netherlands delivered 60,457 tons of cargo to Turkish ports during this period.
Turkish ports handled 30,590 tons of transit cargo from the Netherlands in 1Q2022.
The ports of Turkey handled 24.2 million tons of cargo in March 2022.
