Russia expects that Azerbaijan and Armenia will be able to begin a substantive dialogue on the principles of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, Alexander Lukashevich, Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE, said, RIA Novosti reported.
"We still expect that the sides will begin a substantive dialogue on the conflict settlement principles," Lukashevich said.
He also said that the recent meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan is the significant advance to resolve the conflict.
