The start of the OJSC Meqa Sıgorta' s shares placement is planned to be held beginning from June 07, 2012, in the result of which the authorized capital of the company will increase to ten million manat, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Tuesday.
Currently, the company's capital amounts to seven million manat.
The State Securities Committee registered the issue prospectus of the company in the amount of 3 million manat. Some 600 shares released under the emission at par value of 5000 manat each.
Underwriter of the transaction is Chelsea Kapital.
The company Meqa Sığorta applied to Baku Stock Exchange(BSE) for inclusion of its shares to the non-quotation list of BSE.
Meqa Sığorta insurance company began to operate under a new brand from October 1, 2010 and is licensed to provide 29 kinds of insurance services, including four compulsory.
Official exchange rate on June 5 is 0.7857 AZN/USD.
