BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 16. Pro-Armenian U.S. Congressman Frank Pallone has skipped Azerbaijani journalists at COP29, Trend reports.
Two press conferences featuring members of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate delegations were held on November 16 during the COP29 summit in Baku. However, Congressman Frank Pallone declined to engage with Azerbaijani journalists at either event.
Pallone, known for his strong pro-Armenian stance, arrived in Baku earlier today to attend the COP29 conference. He visited the Baku Olympic Stadium, the venue for the summit, where journalists approached him with tough questions. Reporters pressed the Armenian lobbyist on the motives behind his positions and the “price” of his advocacy.
Avoiding the challenging questions, Pallone chose to leave without offering any answers.
